How do I sign up for my photo sitting?
Please enter your school ID (not your student #) to access your schedule.
How do I know what my school ID is?
Please email (email@example.com) your college or faculty name and we will reply with your school ID.
Can I cancel or change my photo sitting?
You can cancel or change your appointment at anytime by entering your email address and password. However, a charge will be applied if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
I ordered physical proofs, when will they be delivered?
Proofs will be delivered three weeks after your photo sitting.
Will my printed photos look better than the proofs?
Yes, our online proofs and our physical proofs are set at a lower resolution and are copyrighted. Actual prints are developed at the highest resolution and quality available. Your finished photos will be also adjusted for light and tone.
What is retouched when I order my package?
Retouching of facial blemishes can be selected on the checkout page. Additional retouching requests such as removal of moles, braces, piercings, scars, etc. can be also done on the checkout page.
Is their a deadline date to order my photos?
You can order your photos at anytime, however prices and packages are subject to change without notice.
When will my portraits be delivered?
Orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Orders processed in July and August take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
May I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept orders over the phone. Please order through our online ordering system, or mail us in a physical order form.
Can packages be altered or changed?
No. Unfortunately, there is no manipulation on any of the packages.
My photos arrived damaged. What can I do?
Please contact customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain the problem and a representative will get in touch with you to resolve the problem to ensure you are completely satisfied.
